Fred runs on the most personal information there is: your family’s week. None of it trains an AI model, it is stored and processed in the EU.

Fred runs on the most mundane, most personal information there is: your family’s week. That only works if handing it over costs you nothing to think about.
(01)You decide what Fred gets
Fred does not need your calendar, your inbox or your contacts to be useful. It works with what you send it in the chat — forward the school email or don’t. Nothing is connected unless you connect it, and anything you have handed over, you can take back.
(02)Your week stays in Europe
Fred’s servers sit in the EU, and the AI that reads your messages runs there too. Your Thursday does not cross a border to get sorted out.
(03)No model is learning from your family
Your messages are never used to train AI. Your grocery list is not making anyone’s chatbot smarter.
(04)Both of you see the same Fred
There is no main parent and no spare. Calendar entries, messages in the shared group, the coordination itself — visible to both of you. Taking sides would rather defeat the point.
(05)Voice notes and photos do not hang around
Record a voice note in the car and Fred transcribes it, then deletes the audio. Photograph the school letter and Fred reads it, then drops the image.
(06)Leaving is clean
Delete your account and the personal data goes with it within 30 days.

With your consent, PostHog EU counts website visits and early-access actions using a random, pseudonymous ID. Your choice and the visitor cookie last up to 180 days; website events are kept for at most 12 months. Decline means no optional analytics. You can withdraw in Cookie settings. Every line here comes straight out of the full privacy policy, which is the version that counts.
